The pulse of European culture beats in Elefsina, the cultural capital of Europe for 2023.

The events started at noon, as part of the opening ceremony, which was inspired by the history and mythology of Elefsina through time, as a place of Mysteries, and a crossroad between the mortal world and the underworld.

The event was concluded at the coastal front where the entire city watched a spectacular audio-visual spectacle culminating in the sculpted whale emerging from the sea.

The light used for this unique exhibition is SOLUS 2.
