Custom Constructions

Lighting shaped around your project

From adapting an existing luminaire to designing a new solution, we work with you to develop the right construction.

Adapted to your requirements

Lengths and dimensions

We cut aluminium profiles to the lengths required for the construction and adapt the dimensions of the solution to suit your project.

Colours and finishes

We explore special colours and finishes to complement the materials and character of the space. Wet painting is carried out in our own paint shop, while other coating processes are handled by external partners.

Beam and optical options

From highlighting a detail to illuminating a broader surface, we consider tailored beam distributions and optical options for the intended lighting effect.

Different elements. One construction.

We combine existing luminaires and individual lighting elements in a single composition. A linear body can, for example, be combined with lighting track, adjustable spotlights or pendant luminaires.

Each proposal is considered in terms of form, construction compatibility and the lighting requirements of the project.

A new solution starts with a conversation

Every project has its own requirements. We discuss how the space will be used, its dimensions, your design direction and the lighting effect you want to achieve.

When a new luminaire is needed, we develop its design around those requirements and the available manufacturing capabilities.

From design to prototype

Our in-house 3D printers produce physical prototypes as part of new luminaire development. The design takes shape, supporting discussion of its geometry and individual construction elements.

The capabilities behind the construction

Our facilities include conventional and CNC saws, conventional and CNC lathes, 3D printers and a wet-painting shop. We complement these in-house capabilities with laser cutting and other coating processes through external partners, according to the requirements of each construction.

Profile cutting

Profile cutting

Conventional and CNC saws prepare profiles to the lengths required for the construction.

Turning

When a construction requires laser-cut components, we arrange this work through external partners as part of the overall solution.

Let’s discuss your project

Whether you are planning a private space or working on a professional project, share your idea with us. A short brief, key dimensions and any drawings or reference images provide a useful starting point.

We will discuss your requirements and the possibilities for adapting an existing luminaire or developing a new lighting solution.
